Directions Sit with your child and turn the pages of the magazine pretending to be on a mission to find a particular object or person. For example, you might look for a mother with a baby, a child playing with a toy, an animal of any kind, or whatever your child suggests. Turn the pages until you find a picture that fits. Then make up a story about the picture. Ask your child if she likes the picture and why she likes it. Discuss the sense of sight with your child and how it has been developed in us so that we can find out about our environment and ourselves. Sight is for looking and learning.
